Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 USD, including subscriptions and one-time purchase orders (this excludes taxes, promo codes, and reward codes). Orders under $50 will be charged a ground shipping fee of $6.95. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out the next business day, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Orders with standard shipping take approximately 4-5 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. 

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. For faster delivery options, please visit our Amazon store <https://www.amazon.com/jjcare> for 2-day prime shipping.

We ship only within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time. However, JJ CARE products are available on Amazon.com in Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan. JJ CARE is also coming soon to Amazon.com in Mexico, Australia, China and India.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply send us an email at support@jjcareusa.com within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Our customer service team will assist you personally.

*JJ CARE does not accept partial returns for Value Packs, Sets, Gift Sets, or Bundles. 

If you receive a damaged item, please email support@jjcareusa.com with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item and we will be more than happy to help resolve the issue for you.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
