The outer layer is waterproof and should be able to withstand multiple showers. These are also padded to help you move around despite injury. 

Uses

mild to moderate exudate wounds such as eczema, cysts, post-operative wounds, bed sores, pressure ulcers, first and second-degree burns, blisters, and other minor traumas
